THE FOURTH ELEMENT
It's a Wednesday, a typical "hump day" at the Blue Coyote...several reservations on the books, Steve Anthony scheduled on the Keyboards, and even the staff is on time. Then...BAAM!! Out of nowhere "The Optomist", a recently released Blue Coyote sculpture, sells for $2600 and is on the way out the door, soon to be followed by a decorative Bronze Statue from the porch for $950 and a beautiful reproduction Tiffany lamp from the foyer for $750...WOW!!! Now that's what I'm talking about!...$4300 in simple retail sales in one evening. Unusual? A little! But...very cool!!! This my friends, is what I like to refer to as the FOURTH ELEMENT in the success of the Blue Coyote. Like all restaurants, The Blue Coyote depends on great food, comfortable service and a relaxing atmosphere...the THREE ABSOLUTES of survival in this demanding business that's so entrenched in our blood.
The FOURTH ELEMENT, composed almost entirely of the wildy vivid and intense series of Blue Coyote art and sculptures, highly compliments the THREE ABSOLUTES.
